About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with AI-driven data systems in a real-world EdTech environment. You will work on the backend engine that powers our school outreach, learning how we use AI to generate and manage leads from thousands of schools, hospitals, and care homes. You’ll gain valuable skills in data ingestion, CRM management, and automated communication workflows. The role is entirely remote, providing flexible working experience.
Key Learning Opportunities
- Data Ingestion & Management: Assist in building and maintaining the data pipelines that feed our new CRM system, learning how to structure and clean data for AI consumption.
- Automation Support: Help configure and test automated email sequences set to trigger on different dates, understanding how to manage and troubleshoot these workflows.
- Systems Integration: Get exposure to how our AI tools integrate with the CRM platform, learning the basics of system architecture and data flow.
- Reporting: Support the team in creating simple dashboards and reports to track the success of outreach campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled on a UK university degree course that requires a placement module.
- An interest in data, AI, and how technology can solve business problems.
- Basic familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel) or a willingness to learn. An interest in CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, as you’ll be working remotely with the team.
Salary
This is a work-experience placement for academic credit and is unpaid.
