AI Learning Certified is the independent certifying body for professionals who deploy AI learning platforms. We issue three credentials for the GilRobo platform. Every credential is earned by shipping a real deployment, verified by the platform’s own logs and a public walkthrough video, never by passing an exam.
No multiple-choice. No memory test. No proctoring. The product itself is the judge.
Your deployment is checked against the platform’s own audit logs plus a public walkthrough video.
The moment your deployment is approved you may use the credential on LinkedIn, CV, proposals and email. No waiting.
The issuer is AI Learning Certified. The credential survives any future product rebrand.

Every credential is issued by AI Learning Certified. Each title begins with the platform name (GilRobo) so employers can see immediately what you are certified in. Each expires after 12 months and is renewed by one new deployment.
Entry credential · 12-month validity
For anyone who completes the Foundations curriculum (M1–M14) and demonstrates a verified deployment in a sandbox, their own school, or a partner staging environment. Ideal for teachers, IT staff, freelancers building a portfolio, and partner agency staff.
Main professional credential · 12-month validity
The core credential for practitioners who deploy GilRobo on live schools or businesses. Proves you can handle setup, roster, lesson planner / quizzes, AI Classroom, Student View, Parent Day, exam marking, grading profiles, SEN configuration, Cloud Sync and Firebase cost controls.
Top tier · 12-month validity
For consultants who design and deliver multi-tenant deployments across two or more sites, including shared Firebase configuration, cross-site Cloud Sync, cost-control tuning, and mentoring of other certified consultants. Requires 3+ live deployments.

Fourteen short modules that take you from first login to a working deployment. Each has a lesson, one practical task, a self-check and a checkpoint on your Learner Progress Record. You do the tasks in a sandbox or your own school install.

Once you hold the Implementation Consultant credential you can add specialisations by demonstrating the relevant work in a verified deployment. Each appears as a suffix on your title.

Certified consultants appear at the public directory (once live). Buyers can filter by tier, specialisation and country and watch the walkthrough video before contacting anyone.
Expired credentials move to a “Lapsed” section; they are never removed. This preserves public proof of past certification.

The moment the reviewer clicks Pass, the credential is live and you may use the exact issued title everywhere.

On expiry the title may still be used with the qualifier “(expired)”. Renewal restores the unqualified right on the day the new deployment is approved.
