ADVERT 3: ONBOARDING PARTNER

Zero calls. You will be the first friendly person new volunteers hear from – sending welcome packs, answering basic questions, and making people feel part of the team.

This role has no phone calls at all.
You will work entirely by email and text/chat. If you are warm, organised, and enjoy helping people begin something new – you will love this.

What you will do each week:

  • Send a welcome pack to new applicants who have been accepted

  • Answer basic questions (e.g., “When is the training call?” or “Where is my school list?”)

  • Keep a simple tracker of who has been onboarded

  • Escalate complex questions to the Country Lead or Programme Director

What you gain:

Time commitment:

  • Minimum 2 days/week for 3 months
