This role has no phone calls at all.
You will work entirely by email and text/chat. If you are warm, organised, and enjoy helping people begin something new – you will love this.
What you will do each week:
Send a welcome pack to new applicants who have been accepted
Answer basic questions (e.g., “When is the training call?” or “Where is my school list?”)
Keep a simple tracker of who has been onboarded
Escalate complex questions to the Country Lead or Programme Director

Time commitment:
Minimum 2 days/week for 3 months
