               2.  Group Competition tab (new leaderboard sub-tab, public access)

                  Step ① — Pick students from the public leaderboard using a live search filter. Click chips to select/deselect, or use Select All / Clear.

                  Step ② — Type a group name (e.g. Team A) and click  Add Group. Multiple groups show as coloured tabs. Click the active group tab, then click student name chips to assign them. Each chip shows which group they’ve already been placed in.

                  Step ③ — Click  Run Comparison to instantly generate:

                  • A ranked summary banner showing each group in medal order () with group totals for accuracy, correct/wrong, total questions, games played, and fastest time
                  • Per-group detailed tables with every column requested: Subject, Difficulty, Shared Results, Score (//Total), Last Played, Accuracy, and Fastest Time

                  Additional controls:  Save (stores to localStorage),  Load Saved (restore any previous competition),  Export CSV (all columns), and a sort dropdown across all six metrics.

                  • Player source selector — choose between Public Leaderboard or All Private Sessions (admin has access to private data too)
                  • Device ID column visible in the results table
                  •  Lock Results — freezes the competition with a visible locked banner so no changes can affect the ranking
                  •  Unlock — reopens the competition
                  • Separate saved competitions stored under the admin key
