This is a leadership role for people who have proven reliability.
You must first complete 4 weeks as an Outreach Partner (or show equivalent outreach experience). After that, you will lead the team in your country.
What you will do each week:
Run a 30-min weekly check-in with your Outreach Partners (group call)
Review 5–10 call logs per week for quality (e.g., polite voicemails, correct logging)
Answer quick questions from your team (via WhatsApp/Telegram)
Report weekly to the Programme Director (1 short email or 15-min call)
You will make minimal calls – only to check quality or demonstrate an example
